Our company ADCA International Internship Consultancy Services is operating in the Philippines, cooperating with Asia Development Center Association in Japan. We introduce internship students at the request of Universities in the Philippines, and assist Japanese Companies to receive the internship students.
Currently, we are affiliated with the university having the Hotel & Restaurant Management department in the Philippines. Students of the department want to learn Japanese (OMOTENASHI) style of service in Japan. Students learn Japanese for 100 hours before visiting to Japan. This International Internship activity is under the Students Internship Abroad Program of the University and certified by Commission Of Higher Education (CHED).
Students received unit credentials from the university through this internship activity.
In the past two (2) years, we have dispatched for about 150 student-interns to Japan companies.
Students have the following characteristics
- Mild-mannered
- Family-minded
- Highly hospitable
